Matt has over a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, he worked as a title examiner and gained a strong understanding of the documents and processes behind each transaction. Matt also holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License and has worked on many types of building and development projects. He understands the structural and mechanical side of real estate very well. Renee McCoole grew up by the beach in Florida, attended college at the University of Central Florida, got married, and quickly knew it was time to embark on a new adventure. Renee and her husband decided that the Ocean State was a perfect match to fulfill their desire of being near to the water. Shortly after relocating, Renee became passionate about the East Bay area and fell in love with Barrington in particular; it was the perfect place to put down new roots! Following a 10+ year career working in Hotel Event Sales, Renee transitioned into real estate. As a licensed Realtor in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, she offers clients a strong foundation in real estate combined with expertise in hospitable negotiation. As a Barrington native, Elizabeth has strong ties to this seaside community and appreciates, values, and understands all that it has to offer. She is familiar with the neighborhoods, the school system, and the surrounding communities. She spent several years on the East Side of Providence while attending Brown University, lived in Newport and Portsmouth for several years, ultimately returning to her roots in Barrington.
Born and raised in Barrington, Alexandra has a strong familiarity with the East Bay and all of the amenities it has to offer. Both her and her husband are Barrington natives, returning to their hometown in 2018 when they purchased their first home.
As first time homebuyers in a competitive market, Alexandra and her husband made the decision to look for a home to make their own, instead of one that was already move-in ready. Because of this experience renovating her own home, she is able to provide clients with the vision and knowledge of what it takes to transform a property. With a background in brokerage operations, transaction management, and agent development, he works to create clear systems and consistent support.
Tyler views real estate as more than a series of transactions. It is about helping people make important decisions with clarity. His role is to make sure agents have the tools, guidance, and structure they need to deliver that level of service.
