Three new properties hit the Barrington real estate market in the past week:
64 Sowams Road just became available yesterday! Located in the Hampden Meadows neighborhood, this property is conveniently located for a number of reasons. One amenity is the nearby scenic loop down New Meadow Road along the Barrington River. In the opposite direction, there is quick access to the East Bay Bike path, which will bring you to the center of either Barrington or Warren in less than one mile.
Barrington and Warren both have very walkable town centers with many great local shops and restaurants such as Barrington Books, Imagine Gift Store, The Square Peg, Revival, and Blue Water, to name just a few. Route 195 and the Route 6 shopping corridor in Seekonk are also easily accessible from this location, making it perfect for commuting and shopping.
