Chart House owner, Matt Antonio, recently teamed up with Claudia to make one of the highest recorded sales year-to-date in Barrington at 47 Appian Way. It’s no surprise, thanks to Claudia’s expertise and professionalism, as well as the incredible design work from Raxan Associates. The transaction between Matt’s sellers and Claudia’s buyers went so smoothly that they’ve decided to join forces!

Claudia was raised in Barrington. She left town for the education of NYU and work in the big nearby cities of New York and Boston. After getting married and returning to town to start a family, real estate was a natural fit. She balances work and home life with her husband, Chris, and 8- and 10-year-old boys. She is ready to use her vast knowledge of the area and connect with all types of people to make their real estate hopes a smooth reality. Claudia truly believes community involvement is what makes our area so special. You’ll find her out there supporting the causes that she cares most about. This year, she serves as a member of the Barrington Little League Board. She has formerly served as the Vice President of the Nayatt PTO, Vice President of Red Brick School, and the Race Director for the Nayatt 5K, as well as a board member of Girls on the Run RI. She has coached her sons’ baseball and soccer teams over the years and served as coach for Girls on the Run RI.
Claudia became licensed as salesperson in 2013 and licensed as a broker in 2019. Previous to becoming a REALTOR, she was a real estate administrator for 5 years, bringing a total of 13 years of experience in the real estate world. She joined Chart House Realtors in May 2021. Her range spans from the luxury market of Barrington to the Spanish-speaking areas of Providence and everything in between. As the daughter of a doctor and years in the field of ophthalmology research, she has firsthand knowledge working with doctors and the unique real estate needs their profession presents, as well. Honesty, hard work, tech-savviness, and persistence are keystones of her approach to the world of real estate.
