The trend over the last two weeks shows that inventory levels are rising considerably. The supply of available properties that buyers have been looking for is increasing, and there are many new homes to hit the market in the last 7 days. Well-priced and properly marketed homes are still selling rather quickly, but the intense and extremely fast-moving market that we saw a couple of months ago seems to be cooling just a bit. This is good news for buyers, and may create a sense of urgency for sellers that are looking to take advantage of the strong market.
